We operate under a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. This is a modern approach to healthcare that replaces the traditional insurance-driven system with a simple monthly membership that covers all your primary care needs.
Instead of co-pays, deductibles, and surprise bills, you pay a simple monthly fee that gives you direct access to your clinician, longer visits, and discounted pricing on labs and medications.

These are the services included in your membership:
Wellness visits: ear, nose, throat, lung & heart assessment, abdominal exam, skin check, reflex and mobility check
Sick/urgent care visits
Chronic disease management (quarterly/biannual visits for hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, thyroid, asthma, COPD, reflux, weight management, IBS, BPH, erectile dysfunction)
Depression and anxiety screening
Medication management and prescriptions
Contraceptive therapy and counseling
Skin procedures: lesion removal/biopsy, warts, skin tags, abscess drainage
Substance use disorder/addiction treatment
Medical marijuana cards
Specialist referrals
On-site phlebotomy and lab testing (members & non-members)

Our Pricing
How Enrollment Works
Minimum Commitment: We ask for a three-month commitment to get started. This allows enough time for you to experience the difference of direct primary care, while keeping things flexible for your future.
Enrollment Payment: Your first month and sign-up fee are due when you join.
Reinstatement Fee: If you decide to cancel and return later, we’ll be glad to welcome you back. A $99 reinstatement fee helps cover the re-enrollment process.
*(family of 3; +$25 per additional child/month). One-Time Registration Fee of $75.
Pay-Per-Visit Services
While our membership offers the most value, some services are also available to non-members. These options provide flexibility for individuals and families who may need one-time or occasional care.
